If you are planning a vacation, you can send a meeting request to your teammates for the duration of your break, with your name and the phrase "vacation schedule" in the subject line. In the Show As box, select Free so that you’re not blocking out time in their calendars. Select the All day event check box so that it appears only at the top of each day for your teammates. Don’t forget to create another appointment in your own calendar, marking your time as Out of Office so that no one can schedule you for a meeting.
