Question:-How I can make my Desktop Icon's Transparent?
Answer:-Make your Desktop Icon's Transparent
When we add any item to our desktop (also for default icons), it shows the differnt background of text color. You can see this in the image below
The Below View is Before the changes:-
To remove this and make the text transparent
just do the following:-

Follow these steps:-
Go to Control Panel-- > System --> Advanced --> Performance area--> Settings, button Visual Effects tab and select "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the Desktop".
OR
Right click your My Computer icon-->Select Properties-->Advanced --> Performance area--> Settings, button Visual Effects tab and select "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the Desktop".
