Display a Second Time Zone in Your Outlook Calendar in Microsoft Outlook
To make setting up and attending meetings across time zones easy, you can add a second time zone to your Microsoft Office Outlook calendar view.

1. In Outlook, click Tools, click Options, click Calendar Options, and then click Time Zone.
2. Enter a label for your current time zone (for example, DE for Germany), select the Show an additional time zone check box, and then select the appropriate time zone from the list displayed.
